PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
This phase pertains to enabling the project to reach financial close, sign-off on all project related agreements and ensuring that all paperwork & consents are in place before physical construction commences. Work here can pertain to;

project marketing, devising project pitch-books/project information memorandum, legal agreements (concession contracts, financing agreements, PPP agreements, etc.), finance raising, conducting project road shows, negotiations with financial institutions (banks, investment houses, multi-laterals, private equity firms, donors, etc.), negotiations with investors/lenders, bid document analysis, devising bidding documents (EOI/RSOQ/RFP package), project bidding, bidder procurement and bidder evaluation, negotiations with project agencies/implementing institutions, contract signing, financial close, etc.
